Improve these habits at dinner

Most Nepalis pay more attention to dinner than breakfast.

Those who have to leave early due to work eat normal food in the morning and special food in the evening. But there are some things in dinner which are considered very important to follow.

– It is advisable to eat dinner before 8 pm.

– Dinner should be light only.

– Eating food late at night can lead to increased acidity, heavy stomach and indigestion.

– If you eat food late, food is not digested properly and sleep may also be disturbed.

– Don’t eat spicy food at night.

– These foods may cause constipation, flatulence, heartburn and indigestion.

– Do not drink water while eating or immediately after eating.

– You should drink water only half an hour after eating.

– If you drink water immediately after eating, the digestive system will be disturbed and sleep will also escape.

– You should sleep only two hours after eating.

– After eating, it is advisable to walk for a while to digest the food.

– If you are tired and sleepy, it is better not to eat anything.
