Food is said to be for the body, but more so it is connected to the brain. So we eat whenever the mind asks for food. But some people eat more when they are angry or sad.

It is not bad to eat when you are angry, but if you do not eat properly, it can be bad for your body. There are some foods that can help control your anger.

Orange

Oranges help reduce anger. Strange as it may sound, oranges help control anger. It contains some antioxidants such as vitamin C, fiber and carotenoids, which increase dopamine and control mood swings. In addition, it hydrates the body and its taste helps to forget anger.

Green vegetables

Green vegetables are very beneficial for the brain and especially for neurons. As green vegetables are high in antioxidants, they help calm the mood. The nutrients found in vegetables reduce anxiety and relax muscles. So when you get angry, eat cucumbers, peas and green vegetables.

Omega – 3 foods

To fight depression, increase the amount of flaxseed, tea seeds and omega-3 fatty acids found in okra. Eat things like almonds, cashews and pasta, which increase omega-3 fatty acids in the body and help control anger.

Coconut

Coconut lowers glucose levels, which reduces stress and has a calming effect on the brain. In addition, coconut fiber helps reduce appetite. In addition, the magnesium it contains promotes sleep and calms the mind.

Foods rich in vitamin D.
