UML to campaign for social harmony and solidarity
Kathmandu: The main opposition party, CPN (UML) is going to organise a Jhulaghat-Chiwabhanjang March for Prosperity’ from Jhulaghat in Baitadi with a focus on the Mid-hill highway. It will begin on coming November 30.
The Secretariat meeting of UML decided to organize a 15-day campaign with the aim of building a strong base for national unity, said UML’s Under General Secretary Pradeep Gyawali.
The campaign will also serve to identify the cause of the rapid migration from the mountains and hills and finding a solution, promote social harmony and national unity, respect for history and elders, increase in confidence that the nation will become strong and prosperous and expansion of public relations.
Furthermore, public grievances and suggestions will be collected and will promote local relations and give national-level messages, he said.
