Bishwakarma picked up as NC Publicity Department Chief

Kathmandu: Nepali Congress (NC) central member Min Bahadur Bishwakarma has been nominated the Chief of the party’s Central Information, Communication and Publicity Department.
Party president Sher Bahadur Deuba nominated him the Chief of the Department as per the party statute, NC Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel said.
