Three dead in Nuwakot road accident
Trishuli: The death toll from Nuwakot road accident happened at Betini village of Dupcheshwor Rural Municipality-4 in Nuwakot district on Friday reached three. Ten others injured in the accident are receiving treatment in the hospitals in Kathmandu.
The accident occurred after the jeep going to Kathmandu from Betini plunged as the vehicle lost its control in the steep road.
Two persons had died on the spot while next one died in course of treatment in Kathmandu last night, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of District Police Office, Nuwakot, Khagendra Bahadur Khadka said. According to Khadka, Sanu Kanchhi Tamang, 45, passed away last night in Trauma Centre, Kathmandu.
Those dead on the spot are Tshiring Tamang, 25, and Man Maya Tamang, 16, of Dupcheshwor Rural Municipality-4. Of the injured, health condition of three is critical.
