Keeping citizen enthusiastic imperative: President-elect Paudel

Kathmandu: President-elect Ram Chandra Paudel has said he, as the Head of the State, would play a role to maintain enthusiasm among the citizens.

At a programme organsized after garlanding the statues of different leaders including BP Koirala at BP Museum, Sundarijal of Gokarneshwor Municipality-1 on Friday, President Paudel mentioned that country would move ahead towards the path of prosperity by keeping alive hope and enthusiasm among the people.

He pointed out that all should pay attention for political stability and good governance in the country. Expressing tribute to the departed leaders, including BP Koirala, the newly elected President shared that no one should play the game of power pushing the rights of the people at receiving end.

President-elect Paudel expressed commitment to turn people’s despair into hope. He garlanded the statues of BP Koirala, Ganesh Man Singh, Krishna Prasad Bhattarai, Ram Narayan Mishra, Dewan Singh Rai and Yogendra Sherchan, and planted tree saplings in the museum premises.
