People’s representatives of Abukhaireni rural municipality to educate their children in community schools
Damauli: Abukhaireni rural municipality of Tanahu district has decided to mandatorily educate children of people’s representatives in community school with an objective of uplifting educational-level of community school.
A meeting of the rural municipality executive held on Sunday took the decision to educate children of people’s representatives in community school from coming academic session, said Chairperson of the rural municipality, Shukra Chuman.
There are 32 people’s representatives in the rural municipality. Six wards of Abukhaireni rural municipality has 35 community schools where around 405 students are studying.
“We decided to educate children of people’s representatives in community school in order to bring our commitment of uplifting educational quality of community school in practice. The rural municipality has also made preparation to provide bus to community schools in grants”, added Chair Chuman.
