Kathmandu: Former deputy general-secretary of the CPN (UML), Ghana Shyam Bhusal, has joined the CPN (Unified Socialist) on Friday.
Organising a press meet at Aryal Hotel, New Baneshwor, leftist leader Bhusal joined the CPN (Unified Socialist) led by Madhav Kumar Nepal.
Bhusal was an independent candidate from Rupandehi after he did not get ticket from CPN (UML) in November 20 election to House of Representatives.
The CPN (Unified Socialist) has made preparation to appoint Bhusal as the secretariat member. On the occasion, Bhusal expressed commitment to make the CPN (Unified Socialist) a largest party.
