Sandeep Lamichhane’s appeal is being heard

Kathmandu: The appeal petition filed by cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane is being heard today.
Lamichhane, who was accused of rape, was sent to prison for preliminary incarceration by the Kathmandu District Court.
Lamichhane filed an appeal in the Patan High Court.The joint bench of judges Dhruvraj Nand and Ramesh Dhakal has been appointed.
The hearing on the appeal has been adjourned twice before.
