President Bhandari honoured with WPL Trailblazer Award 2022

Kathmandu: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has been honoured with the ‘Women Political Leaders Trailblazer Award’ presented by the Women’s Political Leaders Forum in Iceland.
President Bhandari received the award from Founder and president of Women Political Leaders (WPL), a forum of international women leaders, Silvana Koch-Mehrin,,at a function held in Reykjavík, Iceland.
The President also attended Reykjavík Global Forum of Women Political Leaders as the special guest. She addressed the Forum as a keynote speaker.
President Bhandari, who left here on Monday, is scheduled to return home on November 12.
