Election an opportunity for nation-building: KP oli
Jhapa: CPN (UML) Chairperson KP Sharma Oli asserted that the Nepali citizens should take the upcoming November 20s election as an opportunity to build nation.
The elections to the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly are slated on November 20 this year.
At a programme organized to welcome the cadres entering his party at Damak on Sunday, Oli, also the former Prime Minister, urged all Nepalis to acknowledge the upcoming election as an opportunity to safeguard democracy and to vanquish the anti-people elements.
Furthermore, he underscored the need to elect an able leadership as well as those candidates who could deliver for development. Chairperson Oli assured that country would gain a pace for prosperity once the anti-people elements were defeated through the upcoming elections.
