660 cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours in Nepal

Kathmandu : The Ministry of Health and Population has recorded 660 cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours. The new cases of coronavirus were recorded after the tests conducted among 4,682 people.

With this, the number of active cases has reached 5,641. Similarly, the 444 persons got rid of coronavirus infection in the same period.

Meanwhile, a person succumbed to the infection in the latest update. It reached the fatality to 11,971.

There are more than 500 cases in Kathmandu and Lalitpur districts. Morang and Kaski are the two districts having more than 200 coronavirus infection. There is zero infection in Manang, Kalikot and Humla districts.

As many as 5,471 infected ones are in home isolation while 170 in institutional isolations, 46 in ICU, and two on ventilator support.

Total 20,666 persons were administered vaccination in the last 24 hours. -RSS
